With the creation of the country’s first national ice hockey league, Omnia were brought in to brand and raise the profile of the Abu Dhabi Ice Hockey Team. After extensive auditing and research, Omnia were able to identify the team’s strengths and develop a brand strategy that truly reflects the values and culture the team stands for.
The brand strategy encompassed several elements including: the vision, mission, essence, values and promise. From this stage, the team worked on creating a powerful brand name that would capture the hearts and minds of the public. The name 'Storms' was born. As a result, the new brand name and visual identity now serve to bring regional ice hockey into the public eye; Storms has become a brand that competes with the big boys of professional sports.

CloseDesign | Saadiyat Beach Golf Club
Designed by Gary Player, Saadiyat Beach Golf Club is the Gulf’s first ‘Ocean’ golf course. From the creation of an aquatic habitat, to the introduction of salt-water lagoons and restoration of the beach and sand dunes, the course has been designed based on strict eco-guidelines and sensitivity to the surrounding natural environment.
Omnia was engaged to design and develop a brand communications strategy which included brand identity, positioning, messaging, guidelines and deployment of key marketing collateral including the official launch of the course through a Pro-am tournament: Saadiyat Beach Classic. This tournament was a top-tier international charity golf tournament hosted by golfing legend Gary Player and raised more than AED 1.2 million for selected children's charities.
BackDesign | Abu Dhabi Adventure Challenge
The Abu Dhabi Adventure Challenge is a multi-sports race in teams of 4, racing over 6 consecutive days in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. Organized by the Abu Dhabi Tourism Authority, Omnia have been handling the brand marketing communications for this event for the past 3 years.
In that time, Omnia has been responsible for the creation of all marketing and communication initiatives, from brand identity design to the development of select marketing collateral for the event: advertising campaigns, promotional materials as well as an online interactive map capable of tracking the challenge and the competitors' progress on a daily basis.
BackDesign | RBS Williams Platinum Card
Abu Dhabi Grand Prix 2009 marked a special occasion for the UAE as a country. As a team sponsor for the Williams Formula One team, the Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS) wanted to launch a credit card which would deliver on banking services and drive the excitement of the race through special promotions on Formula One offerings such as tickets, merchandise etc.
In answer to this challenge, Omnia developed a campaign including press advertising comprising a launch campaign, followed by several follow up campaigns throughout the year to promote offers and encourage card usage; card application materials, as well as brochures and welcome packs, resulting in an unprecedented number of credit card applications in the run up to the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix.
BackDesign | RBS Travel Promotion
With the successful launch of the RBS Platinum Credit Card, RBS wanted to encourage further usage of the card by customers through a 'spend and win' promotion.
The RBS Travel Promotion was directed to the Platinum Credit Card customers, whereby for every AED 100 spent in a single transaction, customers would be entered into a draw to win a travel package to select destinations around the world.
Omnia developed an advertising campaign, which included press and radio advertising, as well as point of sale promotions in RBS branches.

BackAccount Director
You will take the lead on a diverse range of projects spanning branding, design and digital, with an equally diverse range of clients - from internationally renowned brands to start-ups.
You will be responsible for managing client accounts at a strategic and tactical level to ensure client and agency business goals are met. As the conduit for all of our services, you will liaise between the client and colleagues to coordinate projects/campaigns.
By building and maintaining strong working relationships, you will develop both new and existing accounts. In addition, you will mentor other team members to ensure quality standards are maintained.
Campaign presentations, marketing strategies, creative briefings, liaising with suppliers and budget handling will all form part of your daily repertoire.
Of graduate calibre, you should bring several years’ industry experience. Alongside a proven track record in building profitable business relationships, you should have a genuine passion for creative marketing and an understanding of what makes for good creative.
